現(xiàn)階段，我國越來越重視對森林資源進(jìn)行價(jià)值評估，關(guān)于林業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)制度的改革創(chuàng)新也在不斷深入，我國森林資源資產(chǎn)評估行業(yè)正在快速發(fā)展壯大。但是，這一行業(yè)發(fā)展還不夠成熟，在制度管理以及實(shí)際資產(chǎn)評估方面還存在缺陷，嚴(yán)重阻礙了行業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。
