（一）森林資源資產(chǎn)的概念

（1） The concept of forest resource assets

森林資源資產(chǎn)主要可分為林地資產(chǎn)、林木資產(chǎn)、野生動(dòng)、植資產(chǎn)、景觀資產(chǎn)。在林木資產(chǎn)中根據(jù)其收獲形式的不同，還可以分以用材林林木資產(chǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)林林木資產(chǎn)、薪炭林林木資產(chǎn)和竹林資產(chǎn)等。

1、經(jīng)營(yíng)的永續(xù)性：森林資產(chǎn)屬于可再生的資源性資產(chǎn)，森林資源資產(chǎn)消耗可以通過(guò)合理的經(jīng)營(yíng)，根據(jù)森林生長(zhǎng)有規(guī)律和再生能力的特點(diǎn)，采用科學(xué)的森林經(jīng)營(yíng)利用措施而得到補(bǔ)償。因而森林資源資產(chǎn)在沒(méi)有受到自然災(zāi)害和人為破壞時(shí)，在科學(xué)、合理的經(jīng)營(yíng)下是不發(fā)生折舊問(wèn)題的。而且每年都出售部分資產(chǎn)〔林產(chǎn)品〕，其森林資源資產(chǎn)的總量保持不變，或略有增長(zhǎng)，長(zhǎng)期永續(xù)地實(shí)現(xiàn)其保值增值的目的。

5. The difficulty of management: Compared with other assets, the security management task of forest resource assets is extremely challenging. Forest resource assets are scattered across mountains and wilderness, located on vast forests that cannot be stored or sealed off, making their security and protection extremely difficult.
