　　取得管理學、經濟學、理學、工學學科門類的碩士學位或者第二學士學位、研究生班畢業，工作滿1年。

　　Obtained a master's degree or a second bachelor's degree in management, economics, science, or engineering disciplines, graduated from a graduate program, and worked for at least one year.

　　取得管理學、經濟學、理學、工學學科門類的博士學位。

　　Obtain doctoral degrees in management, economics, science, and engineering disciplines.

　　其他學科門類專業的上述學歷（學位）的人員，從事資產評估相關工作年限相應增加2年。

　　Personnel with the above-mentioned education (degree) in other disciplines and majors shall have an additional 2 years of experience in asset appraisal related work.

　　工作經驗要求 ：

　　Work experience requirements:

　　取得經濟類、工程類大專學歷，工作滿5年，其中從事資產評估相關工作滿3年。

　　Obtained a college degree in economics or engineering, worked for at least 5 years, including at least 3 years in asset appraisal related work.

　　取得經濟類、工程類大學本科學歷，工作滿3年，其中從事資產評估相關工作滿1年。

　　Obtained a bachelor's degree in economics or engineering, worked for at least 3 years, including at least 1 year in asset appraisal related work.

　　取得經濟類、工程類碩士學位或第二學士學位、研究生班畢業，工作滿1年。

　　Obtained a master's degree or a second bachelor's degree in economics or engineering, graduated from a graduate program, and worked for at least one year.

　　非經濟類、工程類專業畢業的人員，其相對應的從事資產評估相關工作年限延長2年。

　　Individuals who have graduated from non economic or engineering majors will have their corresponding work experience in asset appraisal extended by 2 years.

　　不具備上述規定的學歷，但通過國家統一組織的經濟、會計、審計專業初級資格考試，取得相應專業技術資格，并從事資產評估相關工作滿5年。

　　Not possessing the above-mentioned educational qualifications, but passing the national unified organization's primary qualification examination for economics, accounting, and auditing, obtaining corresponding professional and technical qualifications, and engaging in asset appraisal related work for at least 5 years.
